Database Design for Complex Data

I need a DBA or someone experienced in database design to work with me on reverse engineering a database based on example webpages of data. The main goal of the database will be to store large amounts of data efficiently. The data relationships that need to be modeled are quite complex and involve users, orders, products, product suppliers, and shipping details.
Key tasks and requirements include:
- Reverse engineering a database based on example webpages
- Designing a MySQL database that can efficiently store large amounts of data
- Handling complex data relationships involving users, orders, products, product suppliers, and shipping details
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proven experience in database administration and design
- Expertise in MySQL or whatever you suggest.
- Capability to handle complex data relationships
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively with me on the project.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with
- API's
- SAAS products
I'm looking at building a SAAS product on top of this using MERN or MEAN.
