I think CMS, Database, SQL, Access and HTML knowledge are needed.
Datas should be handled for one year - each year should have an acces - so it should be a solution for every year.

I'm looking for a Software cloud (or server) solution which getting datas JSON by Mail or Http Web Service Call via API or upload via CSV and generating with this datas in the system a Master list and matching missing fields (If/when function) with existing Lists in the System.
Back-end: can be MSSQL and frond-end - Microsoft Access.
JSON Files --> Master List <-- Several List Data Base
JSON- Comes by API or Web Service call
Master list wich will be monitar selected Colums ond different demands
Several List (in System) were missing text or data Fields can be filled the need fields in Master List
After Master List is filled
Several Users have to work or confirm the steps and at the end there will be downloaded or send the Lists with defined columes.
So we have a Master List - which getting first information form JSON file via - E-Mail Json file or Http Webservice call. All remaining or Missing field datas will be added Manual or automatic by the Database Lists in the System.
From the Master List – selected columns Information will be shown to selected Groups or worker which have defined access to change or add information. Or send the database to next employe or Step
Needed Database Lists in System (several Lists) which will be needed for the Master List are uploaded via CSV or Excel.
JSON an http Web service Call will be delivered as example.
System hast to have a Backup solution.
The reached Datas should be automatically compared (wiht existig Datas), filled and matched with existing datas in the system under several criterias. If doubles system should view doubles on a Page.
Needed Datas (for comparing the reached Datas ) should be Uploaded in Systems – as EXCEL .
Access to the system and changing datas can be only done by definated group/group person. We have Work- group, accountant - group, Supervisor- group, Master - group and Admin - group for example - Each group have different access and can change special Datas. Datas to chang should be possible to change only from designated group. There will be work of several Persons with defined Access.
Again: Missing data which are already in standard Datas should be automatically filled (sorce of finde missing datas or Informations are uploded in System - example Customer and deliver list, Booking informations from History), checking doubles with all Data in systems.
System generates a Master data which can be viewed over explorer. View is normal or click on detailed view Worker with access can change, add or overwrite datas.
Not We have Several Customers and Deliverer which should have there own list. Viewed look like an statment.
System should handle minimum 500 JSON Files a Day - approx 200.000 Jason Files a Year.
System does handle every Year separately - so last year is in History - and System does just take from History Booking details from a booking from last year.
