Data capturing on GUI or web based form to PDF
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We have a data list related to a municipal application form to capture, and would like to create a web-based GUI form for our clients to work from.
The attached form is the one to be submitted to the municipality. The project will require the following:
- A few empty form entries for clients to fill in their details (names, ID number, address, etc).
- A few drop down items (including a list of inverters, property supply breakers) and
- A few yes/no options
- A map geo-location
- A number of attachment inputs
- A number of static inputs related to the specific client
The data must be collected, and placed automatically on a pdf form, in the correct locations.
The coding can be done in a password protected executable program based on python, or perhaps a web-based browser with a python backend. Once the basic code has been written, we have a stage two for image/text recognition on the attachments.
The completed email form must be mailed to a recipient.
