Data base for bid pricing and margins

I'm looking for a database to help me better manage bid pricing and margins. The database should include both bid pricing and margins, and should be accessible by multiple users. I'm not yet sure if I need the database to generate reports or analytics, so I'm open to different solutions. Therefore, I need a freelancer to help design and develop this database for me.
