We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Dashboard Developer to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive Power BI dashboards that provide valuable insights into our real estate portfolio, market trends, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, integrate, and manage data from various sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party services relevant to real estate. And design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards that effectively visualize key metrics and KPIs related to real estate operations, financial performance, market analysis, and property management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate metrics, financial analysis, and market trends.
Proficiency in data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query.
Experience with SQL and database management.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
