someone who can build me a website for my in game detective. this website will be detective based, so it would have the homepage of course, it should have where a detective can submit the case along with the footage, have where those who have authorization can review those cases and leave comments, It will have our Standard Operating Procedure, have the Roster, have the License plate registry, have the patrol log, have the most wanted records, activity log and so on.. basically it would be the Detective Database
