Create Learning Database for RE1/RE5 Exams

I am studying for two exams and the RE1 and RE5, the learning syllabus for each is in the attached PDFs as well as the official study guide, for ease i have separated both the syllabuses for each exam from the study guide, the syllabuses specify the task, the qualification criteria and the legislation/content which i need to learn to complete/understand the task. The syllabus is split in the zip file.

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in collecting legislation and educational data for my project. and the building the appropriate database.The ideal candidate should have experience in data collection and database creation using SQL.

The database design should be based around the syllabus pertaining to each exam, please see the appropriate syllabus tables in the PDFs.

The end goal for the database as minimum should allow me to specify the exam, task, qc number and then show me the appropriate content/legislation which was collected based on the legislation reference(s) contained within the syllabus. This will easily allow me to specify an exam, task and qualification criteria and retrieve the underlying content/legislation for my learning.

Information Collection:
- Collect the underlying legislation and educational content from the specified sources and organise as per learning structure.

SQL DB Creation:
- Create a SQL database for querying the information

Database Update Frequency:
- One-time job

Skills:
