Contract Deadline Extractor Tool
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Good day all,
I need a program that can efficiently extract standardized contractual deadlines from goods delivery or purchase contracts by scanning for specific keywords.
Database entry:
These due dates need to be organized into a MySQL database or an Excel spreadsheet former being the preference.
Key Requirements:
- Scan PDF contracts to identify and extract due dates
- Populate a MySQL database or MySQL-based spreadsheet with these deadlines
- Automatically generate and send emails using pre-defined language extracted from the contracts for each due date
Example:
Goods delivery window 24 July 2025
1)Buyer of goods must nominate to seller the city the truck is loading 10 days before the Delivery Window
2) Seller of goods must nominate to buyer of the quantity to the nearest 100kg of goods to be delivered 15 days before the Delivery Window
Entries into the Database:
1) Buyer to nominate city of loading. Deadline day 14 July 2025
2) Seller to nominate quantity to the nearest 100kg. Deadline day 12 July 2025
Upon deadline day 0001, generates an automated email that has been pre filled by a human with details required to complete the nomination.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Email 1:
Dear Seller,
We hereby nominate London as the city of loading and reserve our rights.
Best Regards,
Buyer
Email 2:
Dear buyer,
We hereby nominate the quantity of 3500kg and reserve our rights.
Best Regards,
Seller
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PDF parsing and keyword scanning
- Strong MySQL database management skills
- Experience in automating email generation and sending
If you have a background in developing data extraction tools and are comfortable with the specified formats and technologies, I would love to hear from you.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you,
Clint
PS If the task is unclear I am happy to elaborate further via messages/teams call.
