I'm in need of a real estate building management platform that can seamlessly integrate both web and mobile interfaces. The platform needs to support multiple user roles (Admin, Building Manager, Regular User) and offer interactive mapping features with zoom and pan capabilities.

Key Features:
- Mapping of buildings: Utilizing interactive maps with zoom and pan features.
- Reporting: Generating building condition reports and other building-related reports.
- Data Visualization: Creating visual graphs and charts of the overall real estate portfolio to aid users in understanding the buildings in their portfolio.
- Data Management: Facilitating the data entry for new buildings and modification of existing building details.
- Multimedia Support: Allowing for the upload of building images and inclusion in the building reports.

Building Data/Characteristics should encompass, but not be limited to:
- Building Number, Name, GPS Coordinates, Address, Type, Occupancy Type, Use Type, Site, Year Built, Age, Replacement Value, Facility Condition Index (FCI), Condition Rating, Replacement Index, and Relevance Classification.
