Civil Construction Database Creation on AppSheets

I am looking to create a comprehensive database for a Civil Construction Project using Google AppSheets. In this project, the freelancer will be expected to handle the following responsibilities:

I currently have google sheets, excel books and a few other existing forms that I would like to further develop. I need to combine this data into a very comprehensive application with workflows and database that can be easily modified
* Store specific data in the database including but not limited to
* Project name and intricate details
* comprehensive Client information
* detailed contractor information
* Equipment, materials and tools specifications
* Labor requirements
* Various tasks involved in the project
* Account codes and their corresponding details
* Organize the stored data primarily by project for ease of accessibility and manipulation
* Enable users to perform various actions within the database. Among these actions include:
* Viewing project details
* Adding new projects
* Editing existing project information
* Deleting irrelevant or outdated projects
* Assigning tasks to appropriate users
Ideal bidders for this project are proficient in using Google AppSheets, with considerable experience in data handling and database creation. Familiarity with civil construction project data is a welcome addition. I am looking for a freelancer that's detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to deliver the project within the agreed timeline.
