Chatwoot Customization & Integration with PostgreSQL

I need a seasoned expert with over 5 years of experience in Chatwoot customization and integration to help sync our PostgreSQL database with Chatwoot. The project involves the following key tasks:

- Syncing user profiles and contact lists from our existing PostgreSQL database to Chatwoot.
- Automatically logging in users who are currently logged into our system.
- Synchronizing message history, to provide a seamless transition and comprehensive chat history.

In addition, I need the integration of both official and unofficial WhatsApp channels. This includes:

- Sending automated WhatsApp messages from our external system, such as invoices, through Chatwoot.
- Ensuring these messages are recorded in the chat with the customer.

My external system utilizes a standard authentication framework, predominantly OAuth and LDAP. Therefore, experience working with these frameworks is crucial. Ideal skills for this job include:
