I am looking to hire a freelance developer to create a chatbot-based AI interface for my company, Chatwin Engineering. The AI interface will be text-based and will be working with existing databases. We are looking for ready-made solutions that will require minor customizations to fit our needs. We are also open for suggestions for other technologies that can help our AI interface be more effective. The scope of this project includes developing, customizing, and deploying the AI interface. We need the developer to be highly experienced in AI interface design and implementation. We are open to any suggestions that the developer may have that could make the project a success.
We have existing Civil Engineering reports such as Water system Feasibility Studies that exist in Word. We would like to create an API interface that would allow a Large Language Model such as GPT-4 to read these past studies and create new studies for new projects with new parameters.
