The questionnaires will extract all the information I need to determine what legal documents need to be produced and provide that in an output report along with all the information unique to the user.
I need a tool that will take the output from my questionnaires which will include database fields with the data that goes in those fields, check my database to see if the field exists. If not, create the field then add the data included to the field.
Then I need an app my lawyers can use to create the documents indicated by the user's answers in the output audit, including appropriate database fields where data needs to be merged into the document and save the document in the database.
When a prospect uses the questionnaire, on completion, the program will output all indicated documents in a folder, completed with the user information.
I have approximately 1.5 million questions in the database at the present time and it is growing fast. Using this tool, I can, theoretically collect the entire human knowledge base, not that I will. The point is, the database will grow exponentially as I use the system so I need a program that will scale.
