Angular website development

Hello,

I am hussein.
We want to create new business called TakeMe, and we would like to have a website (support both phones and desktop) for it as mentioned within the attached file “WebsitePhoneRequirement” (please check the attached file).
We would like to have app icon to launch it (it means users can download it as application from both iphones and androids), so it website but it give a feel like it’s an app

We need a FullStack developer with 3+ years’ experience, in the following skills and requirement:
 Hosting to host the website in fast and good way
 Object Oriented
 Databases (Example: mysql)
 SQL queries language
 Java/PHP to develop the backend (We prefer java if u know good and cheap hosting)
 Angular/typescript/HTML/CSS/JavaScript to develop the front end
 Convert website to application and put it in android and iphone stores

The project plan
We would like to split the project to following milestones, to make the work more clear and professional, and we will make daily 15 mins call/session to check the process and to make code review if necessary:
1. Creating DB tables and code review them (code review them)
a. We already created the tables with its columns in excel, you should only push them to SQL database or any database u will use.
2. Creating website folders hierarchy and both hebrew and arabic locale files (code review them)
a. This to make sure the website organized in good structure so if we want to extend it in future. (example folder for locales, folder for images, folder for css, folder for html, …etc)
3. Create Main website page
a. Implement the search
b. Implement the buttons links
c. Implement all logics appears in my requirment
4. Create Products by providers page
a. Implement the buttons links and horiztonal pop up view
b. Implement the rating action
c. Implement the TakeMe action (open whatsapp conversation)
5. Create About & Contract pages
6. Create Admin page to add/edit/delete any items in the database (support both Phones & Desktop)
a. Most of the website data will be taken from database, once we update the database the website will be updated as well.
7. QA and fixing defects (for both Phones & Desktop) + Publish the website

We would like to know the following for each milestone above:
1. Cost?
2. Timeline?
3. Number of revisions?

Also, we would like to know the following:
1. With which language/platform you plan to develop this website?
2. What is ur plan to make it appears as an app to be downloaded to phones and launch like any app?
3. How can we change some text in the website (simple changes) after we finish working together? Do u make support for this? If yes what is the cost?
4. How can we change columns or tables in the database (simple changes) after we finish working together? Do u make support for this? If yes what is the cost?
5. Do you accept agile working?
• Can we make daily call including screen sharing to check process status?
• Can we make code review?
