Masterfile fields import Client masterfile (CSV file)
GROUP name, address, landline, mobile, email, business type, category, price level
Business Type codes will be 3 alpha characters
Category 3 alpha character code
Price level numerical codes 1/2/3
CONTACT PERSONS details (10 max) within each GROUP
Contact name, position, mobile, email
ENQUIRY LOG
GROUP name, contact person, potential value, Date of inquiry, Date for booking, Multiple entry tick box (pop up) list for facilities required, (20 Max), Status, Price level, Business type
Price list (3 levels) of facilities (20 items)
ADDITIONAL FIELDS
Additional information relating to facilities booked will need to be recorded when an Enquiry is converted into a Booking
Instant view of calendar showing:
Enquiries and Bookings for each month
Detailed specification available upon confirmation of interest
