### Project Proposal: Airsoft Knife Kill Tracking Webpage

#### **Project Overview**:
This project involves creating a fun, interactive website where airsoft players can log and track their airsoft knife kills. The site will feature a dynamic database system where players can input their kills using a pre-designed template, and each player will have a profile page that is linked to their kill entries. The goal is to make the site user-friendly, fun, and easy to use for players who want to keep a record of their airsoft achievements.

#### **Project Goals**:
- **Player Engagement**: Allow airsoft players to log and track their airsoft knife kills through an easy-to-use web interface.
- **Personalized Profiles**: Create a system where each player has their own profile page, which displays their total number of kills and details about each.
- **Interactive and Fun Interface**: Design a playful, engaging interface that reflects the fun and competitive spirit of airsoft.

#### **Core Features**:

1. **Kill Log System**:
- **Database for Knife Kills**: A centralized database where players can log their knife kills.
- **Template for Logging Kills**: Each time a player logs a kill, they will fill out a form (template) with fields such as:
- **Date of Kill**
- **Location/Field**
- **Circumstances of the Kill**
- **Weapon Used**
- **Opposing Team or Player (if applicable)**
- **Kill Confirmation (Witnesses/Refs)**
- **Filtering Options**: Allow players to filter kills by date, location, or other fields to easily find specific entries.

2. **Player Profile System**:
- **Player Profiles Database**: Each player will have their own profile page, which is automatically linked to their kill log entries.
- **Profile Template**: The profile template will include sections such as:
- **Player Name/Callsign**
- **Total Knife Kills**
- **Kill-to-Death Ratio**
- **Best Kill Streak**
- **Preferred Knife/Weapons**
- **Personal Kill Highlights or Stories**
- **Tactical Gear Used**
- **Kill Log Integration**: On each player’s profile, their knife kill logs will be automatically displayed and updated as they log new kills.

3. **Interactivity and Social Elements**:
- **Leaderboard**: A leaderboard feature that shows the top players based on the number of kills.

5. A main page overall leader board and 10 latest kill entries listed. Linked databases that keep count and track of kills.

7. Social Media Integration: The site will require the ability for users to log in through their social media accounts, making it easy for them to connect and compete with friends. (If not too expensive)

#### **Technical Requirements**:

1. **Databases**:
- **Kill Log Database**: A robust, scalable database that logs and stores all the kill data.
- **Player Profiles Database**: A separate database that stores player profiles, linked to the kill logs.
- **Relation Management**: The databases need to be relational, allowing each kill log entry to be associated with a specific player profile.

2. **User Authentication**:
- **Login System**: Players should be able to create accounts and log in securely to manage their profiles and kill logs.
- **Profile Customization**: Each player should have the ability to edit their profile, upload an avatar, and customize certain details.

3. **Admin Panel**:
- A backend admin panel to manage user profiles, monitor kill logs, and manage leaderboard statistics.
- Ability to manage and approve any content if needed, such as kill log verification or player reports.

4. **Security & Privacy**:
- Ensure secure data storage and handle player data with privacy considerations.
- Implement proper security protocols, such as encryption for sensitive data and secure logins.
