Advanced PowerBI Dashboard & Reporting

I'm in need of an experienced PowerBI expert to assist me with the creation of advanced dashboards and reports. The project is centered around integrating data from multiple sources, primarily from SQL databases, CSV files, and a Data Lake.

Key Requirements:
- Develop and implement complex dashboards and reports within PowerBI.
- Integrate data from SQL databases, CSV files, and a Data Lake.
- Ensure the dashboards are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the created dashboards.
- Need to work 4 to 5 hours US EST/CST time
- Need to attend meetings with client
- Proficient with JIRA

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in PowerBI, with demonstrable experience in creating advanced dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and how to integrate them into PowerBI.
- Experience working with large datasets and data lakes.
- Excellent data visualization skills with a keen eye for design and user experience.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to ensure the final product meets the project requirements and is easily understandable by end-users.
