Add on to a Shopify Website, a very complicated mobility cane purchasing process -- 2

We are trying to build a shopping experience for blind people to buy mobility canes. You might think of them as the white cane blind people use. There are lots of options for these canes including the type of cane, material it's made from, the type of grip it has, the type of tip it has, the color of the tip, the length, the number of sections it folds down to and the color of each section.
Example of a part number PAS4020-160-5WR
That would mean P (Premium Cane), A (Made from Aluminum), S (Standard Grip), 402(Hook-on Marshmallow Tip), 0 (Tip Color White), 160 (160cm length), 5 (5 sections), W (upper part is white), R (Lower part is red)
There are options for every section of the part number and there are limitations on what options are available with certain materials, certain lengths and so for.
This is a complicated process that needs to be turned into a simple walk-through experience so that someone can order a cane by going through the available options and end up at the end of the day with a price for the options they've selected. It also has to be completely accessible for people who are blind and visually impaired.
We have an existing Shopify web store we want to integrate this with, and we want our solution to be flexible enough that we can easily update it if prices change, if options change etc.
