Access Database -convert to LibreOffice

I have a database of what charities I give money to and when. I originally wrote it in Alpha 5 and they stopped supporting Desktops and single users so I got a freelancer to change it to Access. That was OK but not great. I moved to a new computer and Access no longer works and I don't want to buy a new copy so I am hoping to move it to LibreOffice. I tried to do the programming myself but can't figure out how to do it.

I can provide the Access database and my attempt at the LibreOffice Base and a list of reports I need.

There will be 1 form with 1 sub-form. A couple of look-up fields if possible. No more than 6 reports.

I am the only user. 1 computer with Windows 11.
