Access 2019 Complaint Logging & Tracking Database

I'm looking for a skilled database developer to create a Complaint Logging and Tracking Database in MS Access. This system will be accessible to all employees and will primarily be used for logging and tracking customer complaints to resolution, must be capable of capturing an image of a manual complaints form and produce letter responses and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a user-friendly database that records customer complaints
- Ensure the database captures essential data points including:
- Customer Information
- Complaint Description
- Resolution Status
- How to User Manual
- Track which staff member is responsible for addressing the complaint.
- Capture the date the complaint was received.
- Include a field to allocate a unique complaint reference number.
- Include a field to capture the complainants unique reference number.
- Include a field to categorize the type of complaint (e.g., product, service, billing).
- Keep a log of actions taken to resolve the complaint.
- Capture the current status of the complaint (e.g., open, in-progress, closed).
- Record the date the complaint was resolved.
- Include a field for scheduling follow-up actions or communications.
- Allow the addition of relevant attachments, such as emails or images.
- Produce personalised printed standard letter replies
- Produce personalised printed envelopes
- Allow entry of the priority level of the complaint (e.g., low, medium, high).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Access 2019
- Previous experience in database design and development
- Ability to create a system that is easy for all employees to use
- Excellent understanding of customer service and complaint resolution processes

Implement role-based access controls for users. Include detailed analytics reporting features for standard complaint metrics, such as complaints by category, customer reference, date range, and staff allocation.
Include automated notifications for events such as new complaints, status changes, and upcoming follow-ups. The database will be hosted on a local server for internal access. The analytics reports should be printable and well-formatted for easy distribution. Include template-based response letters.
