ASP.NET Web App with Access

I need a small, focused ASP.NET web application that stores its data in a single MS Access file and gives end-users clear, downloadable reports. This is a custom business solution—no e-commerce or generic CMS features—so the layout can stay simple as long as it is clean and responsive.

The core of the work is:
• Setting up the project in C# (WebForms, MVC, or Razor Pages—your choice) so it runs under IIS with no extra dependencies.
• Wiring all CRUD operations to the provided .mdb/.accdb database through OleDb.
• Building a data-reporting module that lets users filter, group, and then export results to PDF or Excel.

I will supply a basic schema, sample records, and a few reference screenshots. Please return the full Visual Studio solution, the Access file updated with test data, and a short read-me that explains connection strings, deployment, and where to extend the reporting logic. Clean, well-commented code and reliable exports are the key acceptance points.
