Wordpress Website Database Integration

I am interested in help to get a database to run on a website (wordpress). The company rents out apartments, and the website must contain an overview of all leases, which is where the database comes in (approx. 450 leases). It must be maintainable by uploading a csv file. There must be a page with a search option, containing all leases, and it must be possible to click on a lease and get further information (it must find this itself in the database). It must be possible (backend?) to mark an apartment if it becomes available, after which it must appear on the front page, or a pop-up graphic or something else.

I'm not interested in having a new website designed, but implemented the database on a website I'm building. This means that you get a login to an existing website that runs at 10web.com. It is a Wordpress with the following plugins: 10web builder, 10web booster, Elementor, Pods. Pods, is the database I have installed, if you have experience with it it is good, if not we may be able to install another one.
