WordPress Participant CSV Integration

I already run a WordPress site that uses the Participants Database plugin, but the CSV I need to import is poorly formatted. I want your help to:

• Clean and re-structure the CSV so it imports flawlessly into Participants Database.
• Configure the plugin so the records appear on a public results page—only the non-contact fields (everything except the contact information and the last few internal columns) should be visible to visitors.
• Build a front-end submission form that writes to the same table; every new record must stay hidden until I approve it in the admin area.
• Add a simple search / filter page so users can quickly look up existing public records.

After import, data is meant strictly for on-page display—no reports needed. I will validate each full record myself before it goes live, so the workflow must leave entries in a “pending” state until I flip them to “approved.”

Please bring solid WordPress/PHP skills and familiarity with the Participants Database plugin (or similar custom-post import tools). If any field-mapping details or privacy rules are unclear, let me know and we can finalise them together.
