WordPress Blood Donor Portal Overhaul
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need to turn our current site — https://www.arorhf.org/home/ — into a faster, cleaner and mobile-friendly platform that works much like friends2support.org. Everything will remain on WordPress, but the core functionality has to be driven by a solid custom plugin or a well-maintained extension that can be updated safely.
Top priorities you’ll build:
• Donor Registration System
– Mandatory fields: Name, Mobile, Availability (plus Blood Group and City).
– Anti-spam or OTP verification so fake donors never get through.
• Search Donor Function
– Visitors must be able to filter by Blood Group, City and Availability and immediately see contact details.
• User Dashboard
– Donors log in, edit their profile and toggle their availability whenever they wish.
Supporting requirements include an admin panel to approve, remove or export donors, a UX that mirrors the straightforward flow of friends2support.org, full SEO and speed optimisation, and a responsive layout that looks great on any device.
Deliverable = a fully working site deployed on my server, tested on mobile and desktop, plus concise documentation outlining plugin usage, custom code locations and update steps.
I’ll judge the project complete when:
1. All priority features function flawlessly on the live domain.
2. Mobile PageSpeed scores 85 +.
3. CSV export produces clean, readable donor data.
4. Documentation makes ongoing maintenance simple for a non-developer.
If you have launched similar donor or directory systems before, send over a link and a brief note on the stack you used so I can see how you solved comparable challenges.
