Word Docs to Database Entry

I have a collection of Word documents that hold both textual information and numerical figures. I need every piece of that mixed data carefully lifted out of the files and placed into a structured database. Accuracy is the priority—numbers must remain exact, text must keep its original spelling and punctuation, and each item needs to land in the correct field so the database is immediately usable for queries and reports.

You will receive the Word files together with a field-mapping guide that shows where each element belongs. Once the import is finished, I’ll verify the record counts, run a few spot checks, and sign off when everything matches.

Deliverables
• Fully populated database file (SQL dump or the native format we agree on)
• A short completion log noting any anomalies encountered and how you resolved them

If you are comfortable working between Microsoft Word and a database environment such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS Access, and can guarantee meticulous data handling, this task should be straightforward.
