WoW TrinityCore PvE Server Setup

I'm looking for an experienced developer to set up a private WoW server, core does not matter. The server should be PvE and support the Legion Expansion if possible, or WoTLK Expansion in not.

Key Requirements:
-Full admin GM control in game
- Setup and configuration of core and client
- Creation of a PvE realm
- Legion or WoTLK
- set up sql database for buyers local hosting if possible or Database management and security measures
- Knowledge of WoW mechanics and server management

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with WoW private servers Legion/WoTLK
- Strong database management skills
- Familiarity with server security protocols
- Passion for World of Warcraft
