Windows Client Info Label App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a small, stand-alone Windows application that lets me register each new client fast and then print their delivery label on a 10 × 10 cm sheet without any extra steps.
Here is the core flow I have in mind: when I open the program it should show today’s date and current time automatically. As soon as I hit “New Order,” an order number appears in the pattern 0000/26, 0001/26, 0002/26 and so on, incrementing every time I add a client. I then type the sender’s name, address and phone, pick the product type and quantity from a drop-down list (I will supply the product names), and finally enter the receiver’s delivery address, name and phone. Once those fields are saved, I want a single click to send the delivery details—name, phone and address only—to my printer, perfectly fitted to that 10 × 10 cm label.
Because I’m dealing with repeat customers, the database must let me search any previous record by name, order number or phone and edit it if needed. I do not require user logins or authentication; it can open straight to the main screen.
Timing is important: a working build in one week would be ideal, with an absolute cut-off at two weeks. We can refine small extras as we go.
Deliverables:
• Windows-compatible executable (no external runtimes beyond standard .NET or similar)
• Source code with brief setup notes
• Simple PDF guide that shows how to search, edit and print
If any clarification is needed on the order number logic, print margins or product list, just let me know and I’ll respond quickly so you can stay on schedule.
