Weekly Web Scraper & Updater

I need a small system that will pull text information for specific topic, drop the results straight into my database, and automatically refresh the corresponding sections on my own site.

Here is what I have in mind:
• A script or service that targets just the text content I specify—no images or product catalogs.
• A weekly schedule (cron, Cloud Function, GitHub Action, etc.) so the job runs reliably without manual triggers.
• Direct insertion into an existing database table, keeping field names and data types consistent with what I already use.

I will provide the URL structure, the database schema, and a test environment. Clean, well-commented code and brief deployment instructions are all I need to get this running in production.
