Weekly Lockbox Data Entry
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Every Friday our bank sends a fresh batch of lockbox figures that must land in our Microsoft SQL Server database before Monday opens. The files are already structured for direct database entry, so the job is simple but must be done with perfect accuracy: take the numeric data, connect to our SQL Server instance, and insert it into the designated tables using the column mapping I’ll provide.
You’ll receive:
• Remote credentials to the staging and production environments
• A short data-dictionary detailing table names, primary keys, and constraints
• A weekly hand-off schedule with cut-off times so the accounting team can reconcile on time
Your part each week:
1. Import the numeric data set exactly as supplied—no reformatting needed.
2. Validate row counts and key constraints, then send me a quick confirmation report (row count in / row count committed, plus any anomalies).
3. Archive the processed file in the shared folder.
I’m looking for someone who is already comfortable in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, can run simple INSERT scripts or use the import wizard efficiently, and doesn’t mind a repetitive but mission-critical routine. Reliability and clean data matter more than speed, though meeting the weekly deadline is non-negotiable.
If that cadence and toolset sound like a fit, let’s get started this week.
