• Expenses management (fuel, maintenance, traffic fines, administrative expenses).
• Cash collection and bank transfers with reports.
• Vehicle maintenance management with full history and automated alerts.
• Comprehensive reports (drivers, vehicles, expenses, collections, payroll).
• The system must be scalable for future expansion and integration with other platforms.
• Full delivery of the source code and all system access credentials.
