WINCC SCADA Report Generation
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m ready to expand our Siemens WinCC Explorer setup with three new report packs—CIP, Product, and Audit—so that our operators and quality team can stop exporting raw tags by hand and start relying on auto-generated PDFs/Excel directly from the SCADA database.
For the CIP area I need each report to summarise cleaning efficiency, chemical usage, and full cycle time, broken down by line and date so we can trend performance against our validation limits.
Product reports must capture production volume, product quality metrics, and full batch records pulled from the historian so that QA can sign off without cross-referencing paper logs.
Finally, an Audit report has to log user actions, set-point changes, and alarm acknowledgements for compliance reviews.
Deliverables I expect:
• Configured WinCC report templates (or VB/SQL scripts) that auto-populate and export on a schedule.
• One-click manual export option for ad-hoc reviews.
• Clear installation notes so I can migrate the solution to our test and live servers.
I will grant remote access to a test VM running WinCC 7.x and our existing SQL archive. Once the templates run error-free on the test system and match the tag values we pull manually, the job is complete. Let me know your experience with WinCC reporting or any questions about the tag list.
