Virtual Assistant: Outlook & Database
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m ready to hand over the repetitive admin work so I can focus on higher-level tasks, and I’d like you to become the steady pair of hands that keeps everything organised behind the scenes.
Your core responsibilities will centre on three areas:
• Data entry with a strong focus on database management. You’ll update records, keep fields clean and consistent, run quick checks for duplicates or errors, and export reports when I need them. Accuracy is critical because this database drives our daily decisions.
• Email management inside Microsoft Outlook. I’ll give you clear rules for sorting incoming messages, flagging anything that needs my direct attention, and drafting simple replies so the inbox stays under control. Folder maintenance and periodic archiving are part of the routine.
• Scheduling appointments across several calendars. Once an email thread or internal request calls for a meeting, you’ll handle the time-zone juggling, send out invites, and confirm the details so nothing slips through the cracks.
To be effective you must already feel comfortable working in Outlook and in a relational database environment (Access, Airtable, MySQL or similar). Strong English, respect for privacy, and reliability on agreed turnaround times are essential.
Weekly deliverables will include:
– Clean, fully updated database export
– Inbox at or near zero, with a summary of flagged items
– Calendar populated and confirmed for the coming week
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s get started—my workflow will thank you!
