Urgent Django Migration Fix
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My PostgreSQL-backed Django app is currently stuck on a broken migration chain—every deploy throws errors and blocks the rest of the site. I need someone who can dive straight into the models, inspect the existing migration files, and resolve whatever is preventing manage.py migrate from completing.
You’ll have SSH and repository access the moment we agree, so speed matters. Once the issue is fixed, I expect:
• A clean run of makemigrations showing no pending changes
• Successful migrate on both development and production databases without manual intervention
• A brief note in the README explaining what went wrong and how you corrected it
If you’re comfortable with Django’s migration internals, South‐style squashing, and PostgreSQL constraints, this should be a quick win for both of us.
