UpdraftPlus Backup Migration

I need a straightforward transfer of an existing UpdraftPlus backup from WordPress site 1 to a fresh WordPress install (site 2). I already have full admin and hosting credentials for both dashboards, so you can jump straight into the task. Just need user name and email to be used. I tried installing Backups but only themes, other and db shows after scan. Plugins and uploads not showing. Remove/replace existing backup files as needed and redo backup.
Your job is to:
• Download the complete UpdraftPlus backup set from site 1.
• Install or activate UpdraftPlus on site 2 if it is not already there.
• Upload the backup archives and run the restore so the new site comes online exactly as the plugin delivers it.
• Keep everything else simple—no extra plugins, themes, or custom tweaks once the restore is finished.
-Host will help with db setup if needed.
Acceptance criteria: site 2 loads without PHP or database errors, links resolve correctly, and I receive a brief confirmation of the steps you took.
