Update Microsoft Access Customer Records
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a Microsoft Access database that stores all of my customer information, and I need an extra pair of hands to keep those records current. Your job is straightforward: log in remotely, locate the customer entry I flag for you, and update the relevant fields exactly as they appear in the source documents I provide (typically PDFs or screenshots).
Accuracy and honesty matter more to me than speed. If something looks unclear, I’d rather you ask than guess. Because the work is simple, I’m happy to guide complete beginners through the first few entries until you feel comfortable.
Workflow
• I send you a small batch of customer details each day.
• You update each record in the Access file, double-checking spelling, dates, and any numeric fields.
• When finished, you return a short change log noting which IDs you modified and any issues you spotted.
Acceptance criteria
• Every field matches the supplied source exactly—zero typos.
• All edits are completed within the agreed daily window.
• The change log is clear enough for me to audit a random sample without back-and-forth questions.
That’s it. If you can commit to consistent, careful work from your own computer, let’s get started.
