Unified HR Software Suite
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a complete HR solution that fits the realities of an industrial factory: hundreds of workers on rotating shifts, strict compliance demands, and a payroll cycle that must run like clockwork. The application has to cover employee management, attendance tracking, and payroll processing in one cohesive system, with data flowing seamlessly between the three.
Productivity, compliance, and recruitment efficiency are equally important to me, so each module must feed robust analytics and statutory reports that I can export or view in real time. Because supervisors, HR officers, and floor managers move between offices and the shop floor, the same feature-set must be accessible on desktop, mobile, and any modern browser without compromises.
Key deliverables
• Employee database with role-based permissions and audit trail
• Time & attendance engine that handles multiple shift patterns, overtime rules, and device integrations (biometric or RFID)
• Payroll processor tied directly to attendance data, producing compliant payslips, tax filings, and custom allowances
• Dashboards and reports that highlight productivity, absenteeism, and recruitment KPIs
• Clean, responsive interfaces for Windows, iOS/Android, and web
Acceptance criteria
1. All three modules work from a single sign-on and share one data store.
2. Reports render in under three seconds for a dataset of 1,000+ employees.
3. Payroll variance between system output and a provided control sheet must be ≤0.1%.
4. Mobile and web UIs pass Google Lighthouse performance score ≥90.
If you have a proven stack—whether that’s .NET Core with Blazor, Java/Spring plus React, or another robust architecture—outline it along with an estimated timeline for an MVP and full release. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on a clear roadmap and milestones.
