Transfer Text Data to Database

I have an Excel file filled entirely with text entries that now need to live inside my online database. Your task is simple but accuracy-critical: copy each text record from the spreadsheet and enter it into the corresponding fields of the web-based system I will provide.
You will receive
• the Excel source file, already cleaned and sorted,
• login credentials and brief field-mapping notes for the database.
I expect:
• 100 % fidelity between the source text and the database entries,
• sensible use of copy-paste or import tools where possible without breaking formatting, and
• a quick message every few hundred rows completed so I can track progress.
Once the final row is in place, let me know so I can run my internal checks and close the project promptly.
