Q&A Text-Image Data Entry
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have a set of structured scanned documents that contain question-and-answer pairs alongside their related images. All of this information—both the text and the visuals—needs to be captured exactly as presented and inserted into my website’s database via the standard admin interface.
The task involves:
• Transcribing each question and its answer exactly as it appears.
• Uploading the corresponding image, naming it logically, and linking it to the right record.
• Preserving the sequence and any section headings so the database mirrors the original structure.
• Performing a quick proofread in the interface to be sure no characters, formatting, or images were dropped during entry.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Every question-answer pair from the source is present in the database with its image.
2. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks match the scanned documents.
3. Image files load correctly and display beside the right text.
4. No orphaned or duplicate records.
The scans are clear and already organized, so you can work through them methodically without guessing the layout. Access to the admin panel, scan files (PDF), and a brief field-mapping guide will be supplied as soon as we begin.
