Sauna Online Booking Website and logo design
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a clean, mobile-friendly website that lets clients reserve sauna sessions and pre-pay in one seamless flow. Customers should not have to register; instead, only my staff will log in to a secure dashboard to add, edit or cancel reservations and see the daily schedule.
Payments must be taken at the time of booking through credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Revolut. Feel free to integrate Stripe, PayPal Checkout, or any reliable gateway that covers those options and handles confirmation emails automatically.
For staff, the back-office should offer a calendar view, manual booking entry, refund controls, and the ability to download reports as CSV. A short hand-over guide or video is needed so my team can manage everything without outside help.
Deliverables
• Fully functional, live booking website with my domain connected
• Admin-only authentication for staff dashboard
• Secure payment integration (Card, PayPal, Revolut) tested in sandbox and live mode
• Source code and deployment instructions or hosting hand-over
Acceptance criteria
• A customer can choose a slot, pay, and receive confirmation within two minutes
• Staff login is restricted; no customer account prompts appear anywhere
• All payments are processed and logged correctly, with confirmation emails sent automatically
