I am looking for a freelancer to create a Saudi Arabia mobile number and email database with approximately 10,000 entries. The purpose of this database is for marketing purposes.
Segmentation:
- The database should be segmented by age and gender (18-65) , allowing for targeted marketing campaigns.
Database Updates:
- I do not require the database to be updated periodically. A one-time database is sufficient for my needs.
