SQL Queries & Jira Workflow Setup

I’m looking for a specialist who can jump in quickly on two fronts, for a quick help (Max 2 hours)
First, a database needs sharper SQL. I have clear questions I need answered—complex joins, window functions, roll-ups, and performance-minded aggregations—but I don’t have the time to craft each query myself. You’ll pair with me (screen-share or pull-request style), produce well-commented scripts, and leave me confident I can tweak them later.
At the same time, our Jira Cloud instance must move from a loose collection of statuses to a clean, enforceable process workflow.
Deliverables
• Reusable, fully documented SQL scripts that surface the required transaction-level insights.
• A functioning Jira workflow in our sandbox plus an export ready for production.
• A concise hand-off note summarising changes and ongoing maintenance steps.

• Each query returns results from a one-million-row sample in under five seconds.
• No permission or transition errors when the new Jira workflow is applied.
