SQL Database Data Categorization

I have a large SQL database that stores thousands of product records, and I need every entry consistently categorized into the correct parent and sub-category fields. The raw data is already in place; what’s missing is the accurate, uniform categorization that will let us drive reporting and automation downstream.

You’ll connect directly to the SQL instance (read/write permissions on the relevant tables only) and apply the category taxonomy I provide. Where a record doesn’t fit cleanly, you’ll flag it with a short note and your proposed category so we can confirm before you proceed. Accuracy is more important than speed, but I still want steady progress: daily progress logs and a quick SQL export of updated rows will keep us aligned.

Deliverable
• All records fully populated with the agreed category values, returned as an updated SQL table or a .sql dump ready for import.
