I need a specialist who can cover three distinct yet complementary areas of my operation:
First, I want a complete fire-prevention training program built from the ground up. That includes designing the curriculum, supplying engaging instructional materials, and outlining compliance checkpoints aligned with current NFPA standards. The end goal is a set of trainer-led and self-paced modules that my team can roll out company-wide, along with a short assessment to confirm knowledge retention.
While the safety program is being prepared, I also require hands-on SAP FICO support—specifically across both the FI and CO modules. I expect guidance on configuration, month-end close routines, and reconciliation processes, plus advice on tightening the integration between the two areas to improve real-time reporting accuracy. Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA is welcome; the key deliverable is a clear, documented workflow we can maintain internally once the engagement ends.
Finally, I need an Oracle APEX application developed to track fire-prevention activities and tie them into our financial controls. The app should allow us to log completed training sessions, schedule refresher courses, and push cost data straight into SAP for budgeting insights. A clean, responsive UI and well-commented PL/SQL code are essential so my in-house admin can extend the tool later.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Training content aligns with current regulatory requirements and passes a short review by our HSE lead.
2. SAP FI and CO processes run end-to-end in our sandbox without posting errors.
3. APEX app installs in our Oracle 19c environment and exchanges data with SAP via RFC or flat-file upload as agreed.
