Restore WordPress Site After Migration

I tried shifting my WordPress site from the old domain to a new one, but I mixed things up and pushed the new-domain files onto the old domain instead. Now the site at the original address is down and I can’t log in anywhere.

I do have a recent full backup (files and database) from right before the move, and I’d like you to handle the restore for me. Once the backup is back in place I’ll also need the URLs and database settings checked so each domain points to the right content.

• Clean restore of my WordPress backup on the correct domain
• Verification that both front-end and wp-admin load without errors
• Update of site URL and database references where required so the new domain works and the old domain no longer shows broken data
