Post-Judgment Asset Recovery Specialist Needed

Title: Seeking Licensed PI or Collection Attorney for for Post-Judgment Asset Searches
Job Description:
I am a judgment creditor seeking a long-term partnership with a licensed Private Investigator (or qualified firm) for ongoing post-judgment asset recovery.
I currently hold several legal judgments in California and have a growing portfolio that will soon include judgments from multiple states. This is a long-term, ongoing project for the right partner.
Your Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to use your professional tools and databases (e.g., TLOxp, Tracers, IRBsearch) to conduct in-depth asset searches on judgment debtors.
The goal is to identify all viable assets for legal enforcement, including (but not limited to):
Bank Account Locates: Identifying the financial institutions where the debtor holds accounts.
Employment Verification: Finding the debtor's current place of employment for wage garnishment.
Real Property & Vehicles: Locating real estate, vehicles, and other seizable property.
Business Interests: Uncovering ULCs, corporate affiliations, and other business assets.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Private Investigator in your state of operation.
Must have verifiable access to top-tier, subscription-only investigative databases. This is not a role for someone using public search engines.
Must have experience in post-judgment asset searches and a strong understanding of the legal process (e.g., bank levies, wage garnishments).
Must be able to provide clear, actionable reports that can be used by our legal team to enforce the judgments.
Payment Structure:
I am looking for a partner willing to work on a contingency fee basis (a pre-negotiated percentage of the funds successfully collected).
I am also open to discussing a hybrid arrangement that you propose. Please outline your proposed structure.
