Populate Construction Supply Database
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m pulling together a single, consolidated database of our construction supply chain and need your help moving everything into the new template I’ll provide. The file is already structured with dedicated tabs for Subcontractors, Suppliers and Consultants, so accuracy in putting each company in the right spot is essential.
You’ll start with my current list of 500-plus vendors. For every entry, extract the following from the source sheet and drop it into the correct fields of the new template:
• Contact details
• Service provided
• Company registration number
• Website
• Relevant industry accreditations
The formatting of the template must stay intact, and every cell should be complete before handing the file back. I’ll be available to clarify any ambiguous records as you go, and I’ll run random checks to confirm the data has been migrated exactly.
Once finished, simply return the updated spreadsheet; no additional reporting is needed.
