I want to put a dedicated patient-management platform in place for my hospital that lets patients handle everything from an online portal while giving our staff a clean back-office to keep medical information organized.
Core scope
• Appointment scheduling – patients must be able to browse available slots, choose a doctor, and confirm their visit entirely online. Automatic email/SMS reminders and a simple reschedule/cancel flow are part of the brief.
• Electronic medical records – secure, role-based access to consultation notes, lab results, prescriptions, and any uploaded files. Doctors should be able to update records in real time; patients will only see the portions we flag as shareable.
