Bi-weekly performance optimization (speed and loading improvements)
Priority support (response within 1 hour to 24 hours)
Monthly database cleanup (removal of spam/inactive accounts)
Troubleshooting of user account issues (job seekers & employers)
Fixes for form, login, or application errors
Basic security hardening (e.g., firewall configuration, login protection)
Note: Job posting and content updates are handled internally and are not included in this package.
Additional Responsibilities
Update website content as directed by management
Prepare and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation for the website
Suggest and implement creative ideas to improve website performance and user experience
Manage hosting on the Aliyun (Alibaba Cloud) platform, including deployment, configuration, and backups
Ensure timely payment of hosting fees to avoid service interruptions
Disable and monitor for any unauthorized third-party login options
Implement strong security measures to prevent hacking or unauthorized access
Experience in SEO optimization is a strong plus
