Offline School Management Software
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a self-contained Windows application that can run without any internet connection and handle the day-to-day data flow of a small school. The core modules I must see working are:
• Student attendance tracking with daily presence/absence logging and quick summary views
• Teacher and staff management, including basic HR details and workload schedules
• Grade and report management so I can enter marks, calculate averages, and print final report cards
Only two user roles are required: Admin (full control) and Teachers (limited to their own classes). A simple, password-protected login screen is enough security for now.
Please build it so everything—executable, database, and any dependencies—lives locally on the same Windows machine. I’d like a straightforward installer (or portable folder) plus a short setup guide, full source code, and a brief user manual so I can maintain or extend the system later.
