Notion Kanban Task Dashboard

I’m ready to streamline my Notion workspace. Right now every new interior-design project is born with its own duplicated task list, which means I have to dive into each page just to know what still needs doing.

Here’s what I want instead:
— A single master Tasks database related to my existing Projects database.
— A Kanban board view of those tasks, grouped by project phase (Planning, Sourcing, Installation, etc.).
— Status columns so I can instantly see what’s Complete and what’s still To-Do across all projects without opening each project page.
— Inside every individual project page, an automatically filtered view that shows only that project’s tasks.

No reminder system is necessary; I’ll handle my own notifications manually. I simply need the databases, relations and views configured, plus a quick walkthrough so I understand how to add new projects and have them populate the board automatically.

Deliverables:
1. One relational Projects ⇄ Tasks setup in my existing workspace.
2. Global Kanban board grouped by project phase and filtered by status.
3. Synced task view template inside each project page.
4. Short Loom or written guide explaining how it all works.
